The wine list at BLOWFISH has been hand selected by owner Steven Autumns and is managed by Group Sommelier and Assistant Manager Simoné Sgarlata.
"When I was creating the wine list for BLOWFISH, I had to really understand the delicate flavours and textures of the seafood. A wine paired perfectly to have with shellfish is completely different to a wine that you’d pair with Salmon."
